Energy Healing

• Jesalyn uses a blend of energy modalities tailored to your specific needs including: Reiki, Healing Touch, Qigong, and Ama-Deus. And sometimes stuff that doesn’t even have a name 🙂
• Energy work induces a deep relaxation state and gives the individual access to their natural self-healing abilities.
• Energy is intuitive and will flow where it is needed sometimes addressing issues outside of consciousness.
• Healing can occur at the physical, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual levels and benefits extend long after the session is over.
• Call to schedule a local appointment. Fees are $88 for an hour session. Distance healing also offered.

Reiki Classes

• • • • Jesalyn has reached the master/teacher level of Reiki and taught for many years. She is currently on hiatus from teaching and exploring what it means to share this offering as a white woman of European descent.
      • Level 1 focuses on self-healing and includes the history of Reiki, hand positions for self and others, considerations in doing energy healing with plenty of hands on practice.
      • Level 2 focuses on healing others and distance healing and includes the Reiki symbols and well as more advanced ways to work with individuals both in person and remotely. This level also discusses how to start a healing practice and business considerations in Reiki.
      • Master/teacher level focuses on sharing this healing in a greater way either by teaching it to others and/or deepening your relationship and knowledge as a healer.
